Pattern of the program
Pattern that is affected
by the SV limit function
• The segment in which both the ramp time and soak time
are set to "0" is skipped.

• The SV limit function is valid even while the ramp-soak
operation is running.
Although the set value (SV-n) remains unchanged, the
SV under ramp-soak operation is affected by the limit
function. Therefore, the pattern is as shown in the figure
on right, and it may not change according to the original
set time.
