and Finisher D4 with Booklet are both referred to as the "Finisher".
6 Booklet output tray
(Only available when the

(optional) is installed.)
Outputs are delivered here when [Fold Only] or [Fold & Staple] is
selected.
7 Booklet output tray button
(Only available when the
Finisher D4 with Booklet
(optional) is installed.)
Press this button to move booklets that have been delivered to a
position where they can be removed.
8 Right cover Open this cover to clear paper jams; replace staples or clear jammed
staples; or remove scraps from the hole punch waste container.
9 Staple cartridges for booklet
(Only available when the
Finisher D4 with Booklet
(optional) is installed.)
Two staple cartridges for booklet. Remove these cartridges when
replacing them with new ones, or when clearing staple jams.
10 Staple waste container Collects scraps from the stapler. Remove this cartridge to replace the
staple waste container.
11 Staple cartridge Contains staples. Take this cartridge out when replacing the cartridge
with a new one, or when clearing staple jams.
12 Hole punch waste container Collects scraps from the puncher. Remove this when discarding
scraps.
13 Tri-Fold output tray
(Only available when the D4
Folder Unit (optional) is
installed.)
Outputs are delivered here when [C Fold] or [Z Fold] is selected in
[Folding].
14 Tri-Fold output tray button
(Only available when the D4
Folder Unit (optional) is
installed.)
Press this button to open the Tri-Fold output tray.
15 Left cover Open this cover to access the inside of the machine to clear paper
jams.
