3. Place a tick for the “Number” which will be the call targets. Also make the setting
for “2
nd
rings after 30 second ---,” which is the setting for the number of seconds
when the call will be transferred in the case there is no response.
Make sure to place a tick for the “1
st
ring” for at least one terminal.
If no tick is placed, the error display [Please check more than one item of ‘1
st
ring’]
will be displayed.
Note)
1) If ticks are placed for both of them, the ringing will keep until the call from
the calling party or the network system is terminated.
2) For instance, when Incoming routing/Voice is set, another, the FAX and TEL
are called even if incoming with 4k AMBE when the check is put in the FAX
and TEL/FAX.
Therefore, FAX routing setting removes the “FAX” by the Incoming
routing/Voice setting, and puts the check by the Incoming routing/FAX
setting.

Forwarding calls
1) Press the key while talking on the phone.
2) Enter the 4-digit extension number for the transfer target line, and press the [Enter]
key.
3) Execute one of the following operations depending on the status of the phone to
which the call is forwarded.
x When the forward target person had answered the phone: Notify the person that
you will transfer a call, press the
key, and complete the forwarding
procedure.
x When the forward target person does not answer the phone: Press the

cancel the forwarding operations, return to the standby screen, and press the
[Enter] key to return to the original call.
