What does (1) in “Missed call (1)” mean?
When the call is forwarded to the terminal which is set as 2
nd
ring, the screen for the
Handset where the tick is placed for 1
st
ring will have “Missed call (1)” displayed. (1)
shows the number of incoming calls received.
In other words, if ticks are placed for both 1
st
ring and 2
nd
ring, and the call is
terminated by the calling party after the forwarding time has passed, the Handset will
identify this case as having received two incoming calls, and therefore the message of
“Missed call (2)” will be displayed.
If you wish not to have the message of “Missed call (x)” displayed, set the setting to
OFF via Settings -> Basic -> Notify -> Missed call.
