How to adjust battery control circuit:
1. Connect 24 Vdc and a power supply of which output voltage can varies from 20 V
to 30 V as shown in the right figure.
2. Set S1 (BATT CH. SW) to “AUTO” position.
3. Adjust R2 so that CR1 comes OFF when the
voltage is adjusted to 28.0 to 28.5 V.
4. Adjust R3so that CR1 comes ON when the voltage
is adjusted to 24.5 to 25.0 V.
5. Adjust R6so that the buzzer sounds when the
voltage is 22.0 V.
6. Short-circuit between “2. EMGL” and “5. BATT
(-)”, and confirm that CR6 comes ON.
