The Jobs section displays tabs for each congured plotter. The tabs contain information about the tasks performed.
The different columns display information about each job and its status. You can also nd additional information,
such as cut modiers, stop modiers, or print head cleaning.
Jobs
The File column shows the original le for each job, W x L (width x length) shows the job size when the le has
been rasterized.
The Group column treats several les as a unit. Files with the same group number are processed together. Files with
no group number are treated individually.
The following columns, Copies, Quad, % Scale, Speed, and Prio. show the number of copies to be sent, rotation,
scale, print speed, and the priority assigned to the job. These values are the ones chosen by you (indicated in the user
column) when sending les to the job queue (default values are used if they are sent directly).
Finally, the Time, Status, and Ink columns show an estimation of the time necessary to print all the jobs, the status of
each of the jobs and whether or not there is sufcient ink to print them all (only available with GERBER Ultra ink
cartridges).
In progress
A value of 3 in the status eld indicates that the job is currently printing.
Status
Rasterizing
A value of 1 in the status eld indicates that the selected le is rasterizing. After it nishes, the le can be sent to
the plotter.
Ready for printing
A value of 2 in the status eld indicates that the le has been rasterized and it is ready to be sent to the plotter.
Scale of le
If a scale other than 100% is specied for the le, this value is shown in red.
Name of le
An asterisk is added to the beginning of the le name if a cut from the original le is sent.
The measurements for the cut you want to print appear in the W x L column.
