Basket Carrier (2)
(Optional)
Connects to the Basket Lift and holds basket in proper position while
being lifted or lowered from or into the cook vat.

Auto‐Basket Lift (2)
(Optional)
Automatically lowers and lifts basket at beginning and end of cook
cycles. Basket hanger rack on back header is standard.
3* Basket Support/Screen
Provides support surface for baskets in vat when basket lifts are not
installed, or used. Serves as a crumb screen to prevent excessive
cooking residue from falling into vat and accumulating around the
heating elements.
