4.01 Computer Controller
The following sections explain the functions, features, programming process, and operational procedures for the
Dual‐Timer Computer Cooking Controller.
4.01.1 Keys & Functions
Numeric Keypad: Used for entering cook setting values and to edit various
information and presets. The [2 • 4 • 6 • 8] keys are used as [ARROW KEYS] for
operating basket lifts (if installed), selecting timers, navigating lists and moving a
cursor. [2 • 8] = UP/DOWN ... [4 • 6] = LEFT/RIGHT. These keys will illuminate when
active as directional arrows.
[START]: Function key used to start cook cycles, select items, save settings, etc.
[CLEAR]: Function key used to cancel cook cycles, exit functions, etc.
