Problem Probable Cause Repair Procedure
BASKET LIFT WILL NOT MOVE UP OR
DOWN
A. Power not ON.
B. Faulty controller
C. Lift limit switch is out of
adjustment.
D. Faulty lift limit‐switch.
E. Basket lifts are disabled.
F. Faulty lift motor
G. Cooking oil not yet at cooking
temp
A. Set power switch to ON position.
B. Test/replace controller
C. Adjust switches
D. Test/replace switch.
E. Place panel LIFT switch to [LIFT]
position.
F. Replace motor
G. Lifts are disabled by controller
until oil is ready for cooking
