Always wear thermal protection when performing this step ... parts can be excessively hot!
15. After refilling vat, remove filter pan w/cover from fryer (see Step 3). Use the supplied Crumb Shovel ⑪, and
taking care not to damage or puncture the filter media, scoop filter sediment off of the media and dispose. It is
not essential that filter media be refreshed after each filter cycle.
IMPORTANT! At a minimum, filter pan should be thoroughly cleaned and media refreshed DAILY

5.03, Cleaning Filter Pan.
16. Re‐install filter pan, with pan cover under unit.
17. To continue cooking, see Section 4.02, Cooking Procedure.
To discontinue cooking, see Section 4.05, Normal Shut‐Down.
