In this case there are no time parameters, but a hysteresis one. The hysteresis allows to provide the
stabilization measurement margin of the alarms generation process. This parameter is a value
added or subtracted from the threshold to generate the alarm-off messages. For example,if the
alarm is due to power measurement above the threshold, this parameter is subtracted (as you can
see in the image below). If it is an alarm due to power measurement under the threshold, this
parameter will be added. The alarm-on message is generated when the measurement gets out of
the threshold.
