If your Guldmann Mobility Aid displays fault 16/20, which indicates a fault on the motor brake on the leader-leader PCB or motor, here’s what you can do: First, check the position of the handle. Then, check the cables and micro switch by pulling the emergency strap to see if the brake releases (you should hear a click). If it does, replace the PCB. If not, inspect the cable and connection (J12) or consider replacing the motor/gear.
