8.6 Service Menus
This protected base-level menu allows testing and calibrating the analyzer's
I/O. This menu will not normally be entered unless hardware problems are
suspected. The analyzer will enter an offline status during service menus
other than input status screens.
Access the Service menu from the Main Operating screens by pressing the
CTRL + DOWN button.
Press ENTER. The Relay test menu is displayed.
8.6.1 Relay Test
Activating relays may activate an
alarm system connected to the
relays.
The Relay test menu allows toggling of the status of the five relays (S1–S5),
and the blowback valve, lamps, and pumps.
1. Press ENTER.
2. When prompted, enter the pass code (1953) and press ENTER again.
The S1 relay status screen is displayed.
Do not leave lamps on without the
pumps circulating water.
3. Press ENTER to toggle the relays between ON and OFF. Press the UP
button to access the S2 relay and enter the status of the S1 relay (ON or
OFF) into memory. The S2 relay status screen is displayed.
