6.6 Power Interruption
Following a loss of power or a software reboot, the analyzer starts and enters
a purge cycle before going online. Press ENTER to force the analyzer online.
6.7 Operating Screens
During normal operation, the display will show one of a set of screens. These
screens are used by the operator to obtain common user-required
information. The Main (default) Operating screen is as follows:
Four elements of information are displayed:
• Current TOC output (1000 mg/L)
• The analog 4–20 mA output range (R4 in this example)
• The local time in the 24-hour clock format
• The analyzer's operating status (Purging)
An event such as M04, may replace R4. M04 indicates a maintenance
request ID of 04. An event such as F04, may replace R4. F04 indicates a
fault ID of 04.
Fault and maintenance codes are detailed in section 8.3 on page 132.
6.7.1 Dual Stream Operating Screen
When dual stream is selected on a standard analyzer, the main operating
screen cycles between two screens. The screen of the stream currently
selected is held for 6 seconds, while the alternate screen is held for 3
seconds. The stream not being measured, displays the time the stream was
last measured.

The available options for analyzer status are:
