5.2.3.4 Blowback On
The Blowback on period is the amount of time (0 to 100 seconds) that the
compressed air will be blown back through the inlet filter.
The blowback filter valve is an
optional device. Please contact your
manufacturer representative for
further information.
1. To enter the Blowback on period screen, press the ENTER button after
setting the Blowback interval.
2. Set the seconds.To change the displayed setting, press ENTER.
3. Asterisks will flash on either side of the setting. Use the UP or DOWN
buttons to increase or decrease the setting.
4. When the correct number of seconds are displayed, press ENTER to
place the value in memory.
5.2.4 Periods Screen
The periods of operation screen allows entry into a set of menus that control
the time periods associated with phases of the analyzer.
Enter the Periods screen by pressing the UP + DOWN button while in the
Times screen.
5.2.4.1 Pre Zero Period
The pre zero period is the number of minutes that the analyzer is switched to
the DI water port before attempting a zero baseline.
1. Press the ENTER button while in the Periods screen. The Pre zero period
screen is displayed.
2. To change the displayed setting, press ENTER.
3. Asterisks will flash on either side of the setting. Use the UP or DOWN
buttons to increase or decrease the setting (1 to 60 minutes).
4. When the desired delay time is displayed, press ENTER to place the
value in memory.
5.2.4.2 Pre Span Period
The pre span period is the number of minutes that the analyzer is switched to
the calibration STD port before attempting an autocalibration span.
