UVTOCSetup and System Configuration.fm Setup Menu
5.2.2.6 Clean Options
This submenu allows entry into two clean-related options — Clean with lamps
on and Clean before calibration.
Danger: Turn the lamps off
before cleaning. Cleaning with
some solutions with the lamps on
will produce toxic substances.
See Safety Note 10 on page 185
for Spanish, French, German, or
Italian translations.
To enter the two clean related options, press ENTER. Select Yes or No for
each option.
Configure the analyzer to perform a clean operation with the lamps on or off.
Lamps should be switched off if the cleaning solution (such as bleach) could
produce toxic vapors (such as chlorine gas).
If Yes is detected in the Clean before cal screen, a cleaning operation will
always occur before an autocalibration. Cleaning before calibration is
recommended.
5.2.2.7 Autocal Options
These screens determine if a zero only, a span only, or both a zero and span
calibration adjustment are performed during an auto calibration.
Edit the selection using ENTER and UP & DOWN buttons.
Zero and Span: Both a Zero and a Span are performed.
Zero only: Only a Zero is performed.
Span only: Only a Span is performed.
5.2.3 Timing Screen
The Timing screen is entered from the Cal to use screen by pressing the UP
and DOWN buttons.
