5.2.6.4 EPA Relay Mapping
The ability to map the pass/fail criteria, as defined above, is added
to each relay. This relay will hold the pass/fail criteria even when the
analyzer is offline.
5.2.6.5 Map Input
The STR 1 and STR 2 options apply
only to dual-stream analyzers.
An input SW1 is available to provide remote control. This volt-free relay
normally open contact can be used to trigger the following functions:
A three second contact closure will toggle the analyzer from one condition to
the other. The toggle back can only be done three seconds later. To enable
this function, enable the SW1 in the Service Menu.
5.2.7 Serial Menu
This option requires an optional communication module be installed in the
analyzer. See section 2.5 on page 41.
1. Enter the Serial menu from the Setup Menu.
2. Press the UP button until the Serial screen is displayed.
3. In the Serial screen, press ENTER. The Protocol screen is displayed.
5.2.7.1 Protocol Screen
There are 3 options under protocol:
• CSV—outputs data logging and comma separated values.
• ModBus—This is the Industrial Standard Protocol. More information
about the Modbus Protocol can be found on the Schneider
Automation website at www.modicon.com. The Modicon Modbus
