Front Panel Assembly
Front Panel 1. Tilt the cabinet back slightly, or carefully move the device to the edge of a
work counter and remove the (3) Phillips head screws from the bottom
edge of the front panel.
Note: The ACP
215 device weighs approximately 56 lbs. Use extreme caution
whenever tilting or moving the device to avoid dropping the device and causing
damage to the device and to prevent injury to the operator or technician.
2. Pull the front panel away from the cabinet, then pull the panel down and
away from the upper lip of the cabinet.
3. Remove ground wire.
Note: Ensure that the EMC gasket material is not damaged or coming loose, if
so please replace. If this is not done the EMC of the device will be
compromised.

Pins
1. Remove the front panel.
2. Remove the metal pins using a 11/34” nut driver.
Tubing Guide 1. Remove the front panel
2. Remove the two phillips head screw that secure the tubing guide to the
front panel.
