Record the
Program
Revision Level
The program revision level is displayed on the screen during the self-test of the
device just after the centrifuge interlock switch is tested. Watch for this revision
level after you complete the opening and closing of the centrifuge cover as
instructed on the display by the device. Record this revision level and ensure
that the device is operating at the current revision level. In the U. S., direct
inquires about the current revision level to the Haemonetics hotline at 1-800-
537-2802. Outside the U.S. contact the appropriate Haemonetics office. Refer
to “Haemonetics Worldwide” on page 3
