Inspect, clean, and replace if necessary, each of the following filters. See “Parts

List” on page 176 for correct part numbers.

 The three air filters on the bottom of the device.

 The filter on the inlet of the compressor for the pneumatic valve system,

part number 17400-00. (The compressor is mounted above the power

supply.)
