Using the drain
The drain valve is accessible from the platform beside the tank lid.
Pull the cord to operate the drain. The valve is compressed by a spring
but can be held open by pulling the cord and then locking it in the V slot.
To close the drain, pull the cord down and the valve will close
automatically.
To transfer the contents of the tank to a reservoir, connect a pipe with a
quick connector to the drain valve.
