Nom kNm 100 kNm (see transducer type plate)
Transd. Err OFF
The T10F has been set via the sensitivity. To achieve high accuracy, the T10F must be
calibrated via the integrated shunt.
Calibration with integrated shunt.
The transducer must be load-free!
Group: TRANSD.-CALIBRAT
Measure P1? YES (corresponds to measuring zero point)
P1 kHz is displayed
P1 kNm 0 kNm
Shunt ON
Measure P2? YES
P2 kHz is displayed
P2 kNm Enter the calibration value according to the type plate or the test
record of the T10F.
Rotational speed measurement
Preparing measurement:
u Use the standard cable n‐Kab150
u Feed the transducer via the Md cable (Kab149) or from an external supply voltage
u Connect transducer (see connection B, page 21)
u Do not change any DIP switch positions!
Defaults: T10F with 360 increments/revolution
U = 6000 rpm
This corresponds to: 6000 rpm = 6000/60 rpm/sec =
100 rpm/sec at 360 pulses/revolution: f = 36 kHz
1)
In this example, the F2 signal (necessary for detecting the direction of rotation) is to be
evaluated.
1) The next higher frequency is to be selected as the input range, here: 100 kHz
