8. CYLINDER HEAD ASSEMBLY
INSTALLATION
1) Clean the cylinder head and the cylinder block mating
surfaces.
2) Clean the oil path orifice and the oil passage by blowing air.
• Do not blow off the oil path orifice.
Apply engine oil to a new 4.8 x 1.9 mm O-ring and install it
on the oil path orifice.
Install the oil path orifice in the cylinder block.
3) Install the two 6 x 10 mm dowel pins on the cylinder block.
Install a new cylinder head gasket on the cylinder block.
4) Install the cylinder head assembly on the cylinder block
aligning the dowel pin installation position of the cylinder
head assembly with the corresponding position of the
cylinder block securely.
