1. ALTERNATOR COVER
a. REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
1) Remove the engine cover (P. 4-2).
2) Remove the 13 mm wire harness clip from the alternator cover.
3) Release the main wire harness from the clamp on the alternator cover.
4) Release the IAT sensor wire from the clamp on the alternator cover.
5) Remove the three 6 x 25 mm bolt-washers and the 6 x 25 mm flange bolt, and remove the alternator cover.
• Installation is the reverse order of removal.
