10. OIL PUMP
a. REMOVAL
1) Remove the cylinder head assembly from the outboard motor (P. 9-4).
2) Remove the four 6 x 55 mm flange bolts, and remove the oil pump assembly and the pump cover O-ring.
Replace the O-ring with a new one on reassembly.
b. DISASSEMBLY
Remove the three 6 x 16 mm screws, and remove the oil pump cover.
