9. CYLINDER HEAD COVER
INSTALLATION
1) Clean the groove in the cylinder head cover and clean the
head cover gasket.
2) Apply beads of liquid gasket (ThreeBond
®
#1201 or #1215
or equivalent) to the indicated area of the head cover
gasket, and install it on the cylinder head cover.
3) Clean the cylinder head/cylinder head cover mating
surfaces thoroughly using the degreasing cleaning solvent.
4) Apply beads of liquid gasket (ThreeBond
®
#1201 or #1215
or equivalent) to the indicated area of the head cover
gasket.
