9) Before removing the 17 x 30 x 7 mm water seals, check the
lips for cuts. Replace the water seals with new ones if
necessary.
10) Remove the two 17 x 30 x 7 mm water seals from the water
pump housing.
Replace the water seals with new ones on reassembly.

12) Remove the 3 x 12 mm spring pin from the shift rod B using
a commercially available pin driver.

11) Remove the 6 x 20 mm flange bolt, and remove the seal
holder and shift rod B assembly from the gear case
assembly.
