5) Apply marine grease to the water tube end.
Install the extension case on the outboard motor aligning
the water tube with the extension case grommet.
6) Tighten the ten 8 x 35 mm hex bolts to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 22 N

7) Install the exhaust pipe grommet on the exhaust pipe
grommet holder [Long/semi-long/extra-long shaft types
only].
8) Install the exhaust pipe grommet holder assembly on the
exhaust pipe, and tighten the two 6 x 20 mm flange bolts
securely [Long/semi-long/extra-long shaft types only].
