c. Reassembly
Ill Re- install the w ir es, sp eedo meter and leads on
the specified l oca tio ns and fix in pla ce with handle
fixing bolts and nuts.
!21 Re-ins tall the fr ont bro ke cab le , s peedometer
cable and throttle cable.
131 Reconnect all conne ct ors from the electri c al lead s
and re -install the head lig ht.
(Caution)
When ins talling the steer ing hand le , c are shall be
taken not to pinch cables and le ad s .
2. FRONT FORK
The s teering stem of these model s incorporate
o ba ll as sho wn in Fig. 4.5 . It excels in stee robility
as well as in s tability for both high and low sp e ed .
The
st eering stem is welded to the front fork which
is m ade of pressed s teel sheet. The stem incorporates
a c on e rac e and is installed on the frame head pipe.

hook spanner and slide the front fork o ut the
bo ttom, (Fig. 4-6)

W hen rem ov ing the fr on t fo rk core shall be to ken
no t to drop and lo se the #6 steel ball s. (Fig. 4- 7)
