The offset mounting bracket, shown below, is used between zones in two adjoining
MDR conveyor sections. Offset mounting brackets are bolted to the upstream
conveyor frame rails.
The between roller gap filler and the between zone gap fillers are screwed to
mounting brackets that are bolted to the conveyor frame. It is recommemded that
the gap filler mounting screws be replaced being removed 5 times.
The T – Bar gap filler should be set so there is between .125 and .240 gap between
the gap filler and the strip belts. The mounting bracket height is adjusted to achieve
gap filler height.
