Perform maintenance following the schedule in Table 6-1. See "Replacement and Consumable
Items" on page177 for part numbers of maintenance items.
Item Schedule
Sample line filters (end of line) 3-6 months
Teflon Corrosive Filter Membrane (end of Iine) 1 month
Teflon Corrosive Filter 3 months
Cabinet filter (located in front of pump module) 3 months or as needed
Pump vane replacement 2 years operation per pump
Pump stem and o-ring 6 months
Proportional valve filter (inside analyzer) 1 year
Particulate Filters 3-6 months
Pyrolyzer Freon Filter 1 month or as needed
Acid Scrubber Filter 6 months
Alternate Pumps 6 months
Optics Cleaning 1 year or as needed
System File Maintenance 1 year or as needed
