8.8.6 Ethernet/IP
Ethernet/IP provides highly reliable communications over fast, economical Ethernet media. For
more information, see www.odva.org.
In the Vertex M this interface is always a server, never a client. Further details on the Anybus X-
gateway Article AB7831-F which is used in the Vertex M is available at www.anybus.com.
