6.8 Clean the Touch Screen
Clean the touch screen display with a lightly moistened towel. Do not spray cleaner directly
onto the glass. Excess liquid will run down the screen and interfere with operation.
Reference the touch monitor manual for any additional information.
6.9 PLC Module Battery Backup Check
Series 1 Vertex M PLC only
1. For status of battery locate indicator as shown in photo.
2. If battery indicator is illuminated the battery has failed. Contact HA Service for corrective
action.
Note: Some serial communication cards (located in slot 2) do not have battery backup.
