Replacing a power supply in the 9080-M9S system
To replace a power supply, complete the steps in this procedure.
Procedure
1. Ensure that you have the electrostatic discharge (ESD) wrist strap on and that the ESD clip is plugged
into a ground jack or connected to an unpainted metal surface. If not, do so now.
2. To replace the power supply; complete the following steps.
a) Pull the latch down on the power supply as shown in the following îš³gure.
b) Align the power supply with the bay and slide the power supply into the system as shown in the
following îš³gure. Ensure that the pins on the latch go into the grooves in the chassis.
c) Push the latch up to lock the power supply in place as shown in the following îš³gure.
