8 When maintaining the alignment of the outlet tubing and the inlet fitting, tilt the
bracket up and snap it onto the front of the 3000 Micro GC. When properly
mounted, the bracket should be flat against the 3000 Micro GC frame. Insert
the outlet tubing into the sample inlet fitting. See Figure 5-19.

9 The sample outlet tubing should insert easily into the sample inlet fitting. If not,
slide the accessory along the 3000 Micro GC frame until the tubing is
unstressed.
10 Tighten the 1/4 in. nut on top of the Genie Filter Assembly.
11 Tighten the 5/16 in. nut on the 3000 Micro GC sample inlet fitting with the
appropriately sized open-ended wrenches.
