Network Setup

While the system sending information is called a server,
the machine receiving the data is called a “client.
Multiple clients can be connected to a single server.
From the viewpoint of the Network Audio Server, the
DTR-10.5 is a client.
a. Client Name
Confirm the client name used on the Net-Tune system.
The client name is assigned by the DTR-10.5. You
cannot change the assigned name.
b. Wakeup on LAN
Specify the network condition on standby of the
DTR-10.5.
Enable:
To be left connected.
Disable:
To be disconnected while the DTR-10.5 is on
standby to save electricity.
c. NTSP Port
Specify the TCP/IP port to communicate with the
Network Audio Server. This setting is to determine the
port for intercommunication and needs to match the
setting at the Network Audio Server. Do not change the
port number unless absolutely necessary. Press the [ ]/
[ ]/[ ]/[ ] buttons to select numerics, and then
press the [Enter] button. When all numerics are entered,
exit from the character entry mode.
Note:
When the settings are complete, press the [Return]
button to return to the Network Setup menu. Use the
[ ]/[ ] buttons to select “
Save Settings,” and then
press the [ ] button to save settings described in
“Network Setup” on page 122. After setting, saving data
will take a few seconds. While saving data, be sure not
to turn off the power, otherwise the data will be lost.

(WMA files with contents protected cannot be played)
