OPERATION:
Internal Rewinder Mechanism
The internal rewinder is a factory configurable option. Printers built without the internal rewinder option can be retrofitted to
include the internal rewinder by Intermec Service Depots or third party service depots that are authorized by Intermec.

Label Taken Sensor (LTS) Replacement
1. Remove the media and electronic cover.
2. Remove the front panel. See page 11 on how to remove the front panel.
3. Disconnect sensor cable from P29 connector on the main logic board.
4. Remove Torx screwing the sensor mounting plate and remove the sensor assembly. See Figure 1.
5. Reverse the procedure to install replacement sensor assembly
