Operating check
Once the visual inspection has been nished it is also necessary to carry
out an operating check.
•Check the hydraulic oil level.
•Check the electrolyte level in the baeries.
•Check that all the foreseen plates and adhesive labels have been suit-
ably positioned and are legible.
From ground
•Make sure the baeries are well charged.
•Press STOP push buon and check that no operation could be ena-
bled both from ground and from platform. Put push-buon to ON
again.
•Li and lower the platform more times and check that no obstacle
could occur during these operations.
•Μake sure the protections against overturning are lowered during
the platform liing operation.
•Make sure the lowering horn and the electric anti-shearing device
well work during the platform lowering.
•Carry out operations described in the “Emergency lowering” section
and check that everything works well.
• Li the platform till the protections against overturning are com-
pletely lowered, push each protection inwards the truck and check
they keep still.
From platform
•Press STOP push buon and check that no operation could be ena-
bled both from ground and from platform. Put push-buon to ON
again.
•Li and lower the platform more times and check that no obstacle
could occur during these operations.
• Make sure the lowering horn and the electric anti-shearing device
well work during the platform lowering.
• Drive forward and back and check the operation is correct and au-
dible alarm well works.
• Check that during traction only steering movement is enabled.
• Right and le steer and check the operation is correct.
