Turn OFF the power.
1. Check if the AC power supply has abnormal uctuation.
Make sure there is no high-power device that is turned
ON/OFF frequently equip the voltage regulator.
2. If the AC power supply is normal, the problem may be at
the hardware.
E-005 Input voltage is too
high.
E-007 Main shaft motor
is overvoltage or
overcurrent.
Turn OFF the power.
1. Make sure no short circuit at main shaft motor. Check if
the value of each winding is equal and not 0.
2. Check if the earth or power supply are shorted.
E-008 Solenoid power
supply voltage is too
high. (24 V)
Turn OFF the power. 1. Check if the solenoid is shorted.
2. Check if the relay board is shorted.
3. Check whether the relay board is shorted out to machine
head at installation.
E-009 Solenoid power
supply voltage is too
low. (24 V)
E-010 Fan has problem. Turn OFF the power.
1. Check whether the power of fan has problem.
2. Check if the fan connection is shorted.
E-013 Main shaft motor
encoder error
Turn OFF the power. 1. Turn OFF the power, and check the connection between
the encoder cable and the control box.
E-014 Main shaft motor
error
Turn OFF the power.
1. Check whether the main shaft motor is locked by the
load.
2. Turn the hand pulley and repower the machine when the
main shaft motor is at another angle.
3. Check the connection between the main shaft motor and
the control box.
E-015 Exceeds sewing area. Press the Enter key.
1. Check whether the sewing range set in operation panel
matches to the selected pattern.
E-017 Thread breakage

Refer to "II-2-3-5. Method to splice seams" p. 50 for
threading.
E-019 Machine is in

Turn OFF the power.

2. Check the connection of cable, make sure this cable has
no short.
