The DBS incorporates two EEPROM(M4,M5). The DBS save the measurement data on M4. Use
the user menu to operate M4.

(1) In the service menu, select [NVRAM]
→
[PRINT] (print).
(2) After the model name, serial number, and software version number are printed in the header
section, EEPROM addresses are added and the data is printed.
