Replace the analog board assembly
(B3).
8) Defective detector assembly (U11)
Replace the detector assembly
(U11).
9) Calibration weight (or sample) is touching
the main glass.
Calibrate sensitivity with the heater
cover open. Reduce the sample
height to prevent it from touching the
main glass.
Linearity error is large.
1) Improper linearity adjustment
Readjust linearity.
If the error level is 10 d or more,
replace the unit.
2) Damaged OPF (U1) Replace the unit assembly (1).
Weighted value does not change.
"ERR.005" is displayed.
Corrupt EEPROM data
Initialize all NVRAM data, download
NVRAM data, calibrate sensitivity, and
then calibrate temperature.
F/W version up is required, if
version is under 1.0.00.01.
"ERR.001" is displayed.
"ERR.002" is displayed.
Temperature sensor for correcting UniBloc
sensor temperature characteristics has failed.
Check sensor soldering.
Check the TAD value.
Lid open/close status is not detected.
"ERR.110" is displayed.
1) Defective limit switch (C6) (broken circuit,
defective connector, or bad connector
connection)
Replace the limit switch (C6).
2) Defective limit switch (C6) fastener screw Refasten the limit switch (C6).
3) Inadequate right hinge (H13) stroke
Readjust right hinge (H13) spacing.
Reposition the limit switch (C6).
4) Defective power board assembly (B4)
Replace the power board assembly
(B4).
5) The DBS was tilted or vibrated with the
lid closed.
Open the lid of DBS, before you tilt or
vibrate the DBS.
Heater does not come ON.
1) Defective or expired heater (S5) Replace the heater (S5).
2) Defective junction cable (H7) Replace the junction cable (H7).
3) Thermal fuse (H6) is blown or defective.
Replace the thermal fuse (H6) and the
thermistor (H10).
4) Defective power board assembly (B4)
Replace the power board assembly
(B4).
5) Defective main board assembly (B2)
Replace the main board assembly
(B2).
Fan does not rotate.
1) Defective fan motor (C5) Replace the fan motor (C5).
2) Fan motor (C5) broken circuit, defective
connector, or bad connector connection
Replace the fan motor (C5).
3) Defective power board assembly (B4)
Replace the power board assembly
(B4).
Lid does not close or requires e
