11.7.3 Moving the elevator car to door zone
When the elevator car has been released from safety gear, you can move it to door zone by
using the manual brake releasing de
vice. Select one of the following:
– Section 11.7.4 Moving the elevator car using the ma
nual brake releasing device. (Page
140.)
– Section 11.7.5 Moving the elevator car using the manual brake releasing device with car
position checks at landing. (Page 146.)
Close the landing door and check that it is
mechanically locked.
