C.1 Safety buffers on the elevator car roof
NOTE! These components are optional.
The car top buffers have minor differences between release 1.0 and 1.1 that have no effect to
the use
of the buffers.
Keep all buffers in the horizontal position to
run on nor
mal drive.
Raise the car top buffers. Check that the
buffers are locked to u
pright position.
Keep all buffers in the vertical position to run
on inspect
ion drive.
Lower the car top buffers to return the
elevator back to normal drive.
