In a new elevator, clearance between the door panel and the wall must be 6 mm. With use,
the clearance is allowed to expand to 8 mm. If the clearance is greater than 8 mm, door
panels must be readjusted.

1. Fingers or clothing may get caught between the door and the wall.
2. Fingers or clothing may get caught between the doors.
WARNING! Do not stand too close to the elevator doors. Clothing or fingers may get
caught between moving door panels or between landing door panel and frame.
