Final limit switches Check for correct positioning and operation.
Car door operations Check that the contacts work correctly. Check
for
free movement. Check for any excessive
wear and gaps. Check emergency release
mechanism, all pulleys, diverters and door
belts. Check the closing force limiter and
curtain of light or photo cell for proper
operation.
Floor level Check the stopping accuracy.
Machine run time limiter Check for correct operation.
Machine protection devices Check for correct operation.
Electric safety devices Check all safety devices:
– Car top stop button
– Pit stop button
– Overpeed governor slack rope switch
– Safety gear switch
– Run buttons in iMAP and in control unit at
car roof
– Pit safety device
– Top safety device (optional)
– Drive belt slack switches (2 pcs)
– Water sensor (in the pit)
Alarm devices Check for correct operation.

Check the operation if applicable.
Emergency Battery Drive AB (optional) The functionality of device can be tested in
maintenance visit only if the e
levator supply
cable is equipped with separate connector
