Monthly QA Procedure
5.0.X Ultra & Aero Panel
1. Create a QA patient.
2. Select a QA procedure: 70kV, 200mA, 25ms, 72” SID.
3. Insert grid & open collimator blades.
4. Make an exposure.
5. Right-click on the Annotations icon.
6. Select the center ROI.
7. Read the Exposure Index (EI) number from the list. Verify the EI number is within 10% of the number established
during the rst QA baseline.
8. Record this number on the monthly QA list.
