The 2 staple position functions only on print paper that is loaded vertically (portrait style).
PRINTS SKEW IN THE STAPLED SETS
Check to see if print paper is excessively curled in the tray.
Reload the print paper upside down.
USING PUNCH, PRINTS CANNOT BE PUNCHED
Check to see if the message “Trash basket of Punching kit (unit) is full” is displayed.
Empty the trash basket of Punching kit or Punching / Z-Folding unit.
PRINTS CANNOT BE STAPLED OR PUNCHED IN POSITION
Check to make sure the side guide plates are securely aligned to the print paper in the
paper tray to be used.
Check to see if print paper is excessively curled in the tray. Reload the print paper upside
down.
