pressing the corresponding number key.

In the lower area the version number of the operating system and Firmware are
shown.
11.1 Tare (0)
Before each measurement the weight of the inserted probe is tared automatically. With
the special function Tare (0) you can tare the weight without starting a measurement.
In this way, for example, you can determine the weight of a probe directly by taring the
empty hook and then suspending the probe from it.
11.2 Key beep on/off (2)
You can switch the beep signal for key operations and confirmation of a character input
on and off here.
