-- Exchange memory module(s)

-- MFC not correctly connected
-- MFC defective
-- Additional expansion card (e.g. Interbus) interfering with functioning of MFC
-- PCI bus on motherboard faulty
Elimination of fault:
-- Connect MFC correctly
-- Exchange MFC
-- Remove expansion card and run controller up again
-- Exchange PC rack
