Displays the operating state of the DSE.
Display box assignment:
-- Driver state: program is being executed
-- Control type: type of controller (KR C1, KR C2, KR C3)
-- MFC: version of the MFC module used
-- 1. DSE: type of the first DSE module
-- State: operating state of the DSE module
-- DPRAM test: result of the dual--port RAM test
-- RDW: type of RDC module used
There is no second DSE present in this case; the four display boxes are identical to those
for the first DSE.
